چکیده
Abstract Purpose Data support and theoretical basis for bioremediation treatment of petroleum-contaminated soils in the Loess hills Yan’an, northern Shaanxi. Methods The evolutionary characteristics soil microbial diversity community structure under different levels oil pollution were studied by field sampling, indoor simulation experiments, analyzed through assays, using mine from Shaanxi Province, as research object. Results Compared with clean soil, species contaminated significantly reduced, dominant flora changed, capable degrading petroleum pollutants increased significantly. differed, although not significantly, between levels, but soil. In uncontaminated (CK), genera mainly Pantoea , Sphingomonas Thiothrix Nocardioides . abundance Pseudomonas Pedobacter Massilia Acinetobacter after contamination, while Gemmatimonas decreased Conclusions After was petroleum, relative bacteria groups increased. that can degrade study area include which provide a scientific exploring It provides remediation methods suitable this region.

Vegetation patterns influence on soil microbial biomass and functional diversity in a hilly area of the Loess Plateau, China
Purpose Shifts of microbial biomass and functional diversity under different vegetation patterns can impact the soil processes, and the specific knowledge about this can be used to develop sound vegetation restoration strategies. This study was devoted to examine the effects of different vegetation patterns on microbial biomass and functional diversity and explore the relationship between soil ...
متن کاملEffects of Land Use on Soil Erosion and Nitrogen Loss in the Hilly Area of the Loess Plateau, China
This study examines the effects of land use and slope angle on runoff, soil loss and nitrogen loss from hillslopes of the Loess Plateau in China. Farmland, wasteland and four forest treatments (sea buckthornþ poplar, immature sea buckthorn, mature sea buckthorn, and immature Chinese pine) were the types of land use that were compared. The results showed that July was the critical period for run...
متن کاملLand Use Effects on Soil Erosion and Phosphorus Loss in the Hilly Area of the Loess Plateau, China
The Loess Plateau is one of the most seriously eroded areas in the world. This study determined the effects on runoff, soil loss, and phosphorus loss of six land use systems in hillslope of the Loess Plateau: farmland, wasteland and four forest treatments (Seabuckthorn + poplar, immature seabuckthorn, mature seabuckthorn, and immature Chinese pine). Differences were significant (P<0.05) for run...
متن کاملthe effects of changing roughness on the flow structure in the bends
flow in natural river bends is a complex and turbulent phenomenon which affects the scour and sedimentations and causes an irregular bed topography on the bed. for the reason, the flow hydralics and the parameters which affect the flow to be studied and understand. in this study the effect of bed and wall roughness using the software fluent discussed in a sharp 90-degree flume bend with 40.3cm ...
Effects of vegetational type and soil depth on soil microbial communities on the Loess Plateau of China
Soil microbial communities are very sensitive to changes in land use and are often used as indicators of soil fertility. We evaluated the microbial communities in the soils of four types of vegetation (cropland (CP), natural grassland (NG), broadleaf forest (BF) and coniferous forest (CF)) at depths of 0–10 and 10–20 cm on the Loess Plateau in China using phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) profilin...
